More about today’s Guest – Giovanni Fiorentino

Giovanni Fiorentino, born 57 years ago in Paternopoli, Irpinia, grew up helping his mother make wine while his father emigrated to the U.S. After graduating in law and working as a public administration consultant, Giovanni left his job in 2012 to build a bio-architectural winery on his family’s land. He cultivates 5 hectares of vineyards (4 of Aglianico, 1 of Coda di Volpe) and bottled his first wine in 2016. Now producing 20,000 bottles annually, his goal is to craft elegant, terroir-driven wines that reflect his family’s legacy and the land’s unique character.
